HOW TO STAY FIT ALL THE TIME
Becoming fit consists of many facets. It involves essentially the external and the internal parts of an individual. Firstly, the external part is somewhat related to one's lifestyle. The way one does his daily habit such as eating, working, playing and many more will interplay in his life. These daily activities that we have are closely intertwine with one another and the way we maintain and practice them in our everyday living contribute heavily on our personal development. Consequently they will usher us into a more active lifestyle.

On the other hand, what is another very noteworthy part of our being that plays its own major contribution to our growth as a human being is our internal upbringing. It now refers to our development of inner values, our goals, dreams, traits and many more. One then could become physically fit when these internal factors combined with those referred to as externals are positively growing in us.
The process may take a lifetime yet everyday we just don't notice it yet we grow in all these aspects. If any part of these two is neglected or undeveloped, this will resort now to some issues on us and if left unsettled may most probably create some problems in our growing up stages.
Thus, it is such a remarkable everyday task for us all to take control of our selves both externally and internally. We should always exert efforts to allow them to grow positively.

SELF CONTROL
Self control- I know that this is not an easy thing to do. WE have our needs, urges, passions, uncontrolled emotions, and many more. Kaya masabi ko na parang ang hirap at times na magkakaroon ng self control sa sarili ko dahil lalo na ngayon ang dami temtasyon sa paligid. Hay tukso layuan mo ako. Yet I know that I have to control myself para sa pamilya ko.

I agree with you Lover23....though we need to always keep in mind the welfare of our loved ones and never to hurt their feelings since doing so is like hurtingn our very own selves as well.Do you believe in karma?
